Jieting Zhao

Director

Jieting Zhao has served as our director since April 2022 and as an executive director of GD since April 2017, overseeing website development, e-commerce operations, procurement, financing, digital marketing and strategic initiatives. From 2006 to 2017 she served as Managing Director of Ansa Group Limited, launching FMCG distribution networks across Australia and Southeast Asia. Ms. Zhao holds a Master of Information System and a Master of Information and Communication Technology from the University of Wollongong.

Yinying Lu

Director & Chief Executive Officer

Yinying Lu has served as our CEO since October 2023 and director since April 2022. She has led GD’s operational and marketing expansion since 2017, growing its customer database beyond 100,000 members and launching the Lion Loyalty membership program. Ms. Lu holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Event Management from Griffith University.

Lawrence W. Leighton

Independent Director

Lawrence W. Leighton is an experienced investment banker with decades of international M&A experience, previously serving in senior positions at Chase, Bear Stearns, UI USA (Credit Agricole) and Norton Simon. He holds a B.S.E. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jun Wu

Independent Director

Jun Wu serves as Company Secretary of Victor Group Holdings (ASX:VIG) and previously led listing advisory and investor relations services in Australia. Earlier in his career he worked at JP Morgan Australia, FNZ Australia, and UBS AG. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.

Daniel J. Ross

Independent Director

Daniel J. Ross brings nearly 30 years of legal, compliance and corporate governance experience, including senior legal roles at Coach Inc. and Tandy Leather Factory. He holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
